Technology words vary by region and context
- Ordenador means computer in this course; computadora/computador are regional alternatives. Móvil or teléfono móvil is mobile phone, tableta a tablet device in a technology account and pantalla screen.
- Página web is a web page, red social a social network, contraseña password, mensaje message and correo electrónico email. Downloading a file is descargar un archivo; another context may give descargar a different meaning.

Benefits and difficulties need a stated account

- If an online interaction causes concern, talking to a trusted adult and using appropriate reporting tools are examples of support routes. The lesson teaches their language without asking for real messages, passwords, private profiles or account details.

Compare like with like and keep agreement

Read an invented balanced account

- For comprehension, do not invent a diagnosis, usage time, real account or technical failure. For writing, other coherent examples are valid and no real device ownership or private activity history is required.
